330 ml , can. Poured an unfiltered and almost opaque citrus-yellow coloured Graetzer with a one finger fine, creamy and light beige foamy head that had a no end retention and tons of micro bubbles.
Soft carbonation. Good lacing.
The aroma is a pronounced sourish-salty feel, smoked notes with peat, woody tones, spicy, lemon peels.
The flavour is an overwhelming sourish-salty feel on a solid wheat malts base, biscuity notes, herbal and woody tones and a hoppy bitterness.
The mouthfeel is sourish, salted, creamy, quite thick and amazing smooth. The texture is watery.
This medium to full bodied Imperial Graetzer has a dry sourish-salty and bitter finish.
This Imperial Grodziskie is highly refreshing and quite complex. It's a collaboration beer , brewed in the Manchester Great Area, in Salford at the Marble Brewery with their Polish friends of Browar Grodzisk. The Graetzer beer style is a rarity in the world of beers. This Imperial interpretation of the soft Graetzer beer style is great an unique. I enjoyed it.
