Poured in the original Lindenbräu Seidla a crystal clear and bright golden coloured Bockbier, Hell, with a one finger very fine, dense, creamy and off-white foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Vigourous carbonation. Good lacing.The aroma is powerful malty , one step under, herbal hops.The flavour is powerful sweety malts, caramel and honey tones, bready, herbal hops and fruity notes, peaches, apricots.The mouthfeel is creamy, quite fulled, round, sweety and velvety. The texture is oily.This medium to full bodied Bockbier has a long sweety malts finish and a lingering, well visible, warming continuation, The alcohol, a proud 6,5 % ABV, is well hidden.This Bockbier is brewed in the Landkreis Forchheim, in Gräfenberg by Lindenbräu. It' s well balanced and a solid representative of the Bockbier style. I enjoyed it.
