Poured in the original Bracine boulbous base stemmed glass an unfiltered, gushing, cloudy and amber-orange coloured Triple with a generous two fingers fine and off-white foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles.Soft carbonation. Some floating sediments. Good lacing.The aroma is sweety toasted malts, caramel, white bread, herbal hops, fruity, apples, citrus and spicy cinnamom, ginger.The flavour is yeast, sweety malts, biscuits, fruity, pears, cooked apples, citrus, spicy, orange peels.The mouthfeel is quite fulled, crispy, sparkling and a very present alcoholic feeling.This full bodied Triple has a dry malty, fruity and alcoholic finish.Bracine Triple is brewed in Département Nord, Région Hauts de France by Brasserie du Pays Flamand, It' s a well flavoured French Triple but, for me, the too assertive alcoholic feel is spoiling the tasting.
