58% Rezension zum Vézelay - Blonde Bio Sans Gluten von JPB-76
500 ml long neck & capped bottle, purchased at the brewery. Poured in the original Vézelay stemmed glass an unfiltered. strong murky and orange - amber coloured Blonde with a one finger fine and beige foamy head that had a mid-sized retention and tons of micro bulles.
Soft carbonation. Some lacing.
The aroma is pale malts, herbal hops and fruity notes, oranges.
The flavour is pale grainy malts, hay and fruity, oranges, citrus.
The mouthfeel is light crispy, round and sparkling. The texture is watery.
This light bodied Pale Ale has a dry malty finish.
This Vézelay Blonde Bio Sans Gluten is well refreshing and easy drinkable. It's brewed close to Vézelay , a small city world famous for its cathedral, in the French Département 89 - Yonne , once Région Bourgogne and nowdays Région Bourgogne - Franche Comté, and is a quite plesant sesseion ale.
