330 ml capped bottle, purchased at the brewery. Poured in the original Page 24 stemmed glass an unfiltered, light murky and pale gold coloured Pale Ale with a two fingers very fine, almost white and soapy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles.
Sustained carbonation, Some lacing.
The aroma is pale malts and fruity hops, peaches, passion fruits.
The aroma is pale sweety malts, piney and fruity hops, peaches, passion fruits, herbal notes.
The mouthfeel is quite thin, round, prickly and hoppy bitter. The texture is watery.
This light to medium bodied Pale Ale has a dry malty and fruity finish.
Brewed in Aix-Noulette, by Béthune, in Département Nord, by Brewery Saint-Germain, this Black Edition Pacific Pale Ale is well balanced and easy going. I enjoyed it.
