The aroma is wheat malts, barley malts and spicy tones, coriander.
The flavour is wheat malts, barley malts, moderate herbal hops, spicy, coriander, vanilla and fruity, oranges, lemon.
The mouthfeel is round, light crispy and fizzy and ... quite flat. The texture is watery.
This light bodied Weizen has a dry wheaty malts finish.
Blanche Écume is brewed in the French Région Pays de Loire, Département Vendée by the brewery Mélusine. Yes, it' well refreshing and easy drinkable but Blanche Écume offered , with a bland palate, no particular charm. For me, it's clear, this soft French interpretation of a Bavarian Beer Style could not intend playing in the same Weizen League as its German cousins.
