500 ml capped bottle, purchased at the brewery. Poured in the original Becher Bräu Franconian Seidel a clear and golden-orange coloured Pilsner with a two fingers light beige, fine and creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles.
Soft carbonation. Good lacing.
The aroma is grainy, malts, corn, straw and moderate herbal hops.
The flavour is grainy sweety malts, notes of caramel, toasted bread, vegetables, cooked cabbages and herbal hops.
The mouthfeel is quite thin, creamy and light crispy. The texture is watery.
This light bodied Pilsener has a dry light bitter finish.
This Becher Bräu Pils is brewed in Bayreuth, Upper Franconia by the eponymous brewery. It' s an easy drinkable , if a bit shy, Pilsener.
