500 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original Bertinchamps shaker half-pint glass a clear and straw-yellow coloured Belgian Blonde Ale with a generous one finger fine , slight beige and soapy foamy head that had a mid sized and tons of micro bubbles.Soft carbonation. Poor lacing.The aroma is pale malts, fresh straw, floral and earthy hops and spicy, pepper, cloves.The flavour is sweety grainy malts, earthy hops, fruity tones, peaches, melon and spicy, pepper, cloves.The mouthfeel is round, well sweety, pleasant hoppy bitter and a bit sticky. The texture is oily.This medium to full bodied Belgian Blonde has a dry light bitter finish.This Bertinchamps Blonde is brewed by the still young farm-brewery Bertinchamps in Wallonie. Well refreshing, it offered a real rural character and I enjoyed it.

Was für ein schönes Bier!
Der Duft steigt angenehm in die Nase und auch der Einstieg macht einfach nur Spaß. Zwar ist die Farbe etwas schwach, aber der Geschmack entschädigt voll und ganz.
Erstaunlich, dass man den recht hohen Alkoholgehalt kaum bemerkt.
Ein belgisches Bier, das einfach richtig gut schmeckt!!!
